TRD Pro joins the third-generation Tacoma and brings Cement 1H5, which is TRD Pro-only this year. The TRD Pro itself was offered in just three colors: Cement, Barcelona Red Metallic and Super White. Everything else carries over from 2016. PaintRef's 2017 Tacoma page is incomplete — it omits both Silver Sky Metallic 1D6 and Cement 1H5 — but the brochure and Toyota's own press release each list all nine.

Driver's door jamb (B-pillar), on the white or silver build sticker, on the row labelled C/TR.

- Open the driver's door and look at the B-pillar at roughly latch height.
- Find the row labelled C/TR on the printed sticker.
- The three characters before the slash are the paint code.
- The characters after the slash are the interior trim code, not paint.
If the sticker is missing or faded
- Call any Toyota dealer parts desk with your VIN. They can read the code off the build record, usually in under a minute and at no cost.
- Genuine Toyota touch-up part numbers embed the paint code — part 00258-004X0-21 is code 4X0.
