2023 Nissan Rogue
14 factory colors were offered on the T33 (third generation) Rogue. Your code is on the driver's door jamb sticker on the line marked C/TR — the characters before the slash.
No color changes from 2022. All 14 codes carried over unchanged into 2023. If you are matching paint on a 2022 or 2023 Rogue, the roster is identical.
Verified against 3 independent sources: Nissan USA official 2023 Rogue brochure (nissanusa.com CDN): https://www.nissanusa.com/content/dam/Nissan/us/vehicle-brochures/2023/2023-nissan-rogue-brochure-en.pdf - CHOOSE YOUR COLOR page; PaintRef Nissan Rogue 2023 cross-reference: https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?year=2023&manuf=Nissan&model=Rogue - ten chips, five of which carry a paired X two-tone code; ImportArchive per-colour pages: https://importarchive.com/color/kay/nissanrogue2024 (Champagne Silver Metallic) and https://importarchive.com/color/kby/nissanrogue2024 (Boulder Gray Pearl).
Roster unchanged from 2022 - nine monotone plus five two-tone. This is the last year for Pearl White TriCoat (QAB), Caspian Blue Metallic (RBY) and the Sunset Drift two-tone (XEV) on the Rogue. PaintRef's 2023 Rogue table is the cleanest of the T33 years and assigns XEW to Champagne Silver and XEX to Boulder Gray without duplication, corroborating ImportArchive.
Where to find your paint code
Colour label on the driver's-side door jamb / B-pillar
Driver's door jamb
- Open the driver's door and look at the B-pillar and door jamb area.
- Find the small silver, white or black Colour ID tag carrying barcodes and dense alphanumeric text.
- Read the 3-character value printed under the heading COLOR (for example QAB, K23, XEX).
- On a two-tone Rogue the label shows the single X-prefixed combination code, not the individual body and roof codes.
If the sticker is missing or faded
- Check low on the door jamb near the striker - on some cars the label sits in the bottom corner and needs a crouch to read.
- Look at the bottom corner of the VIN plate, where the colour code is tucked beneath the word COLOR.
- Call Nissan Consumer Affairs at 1-800-647-7261 with the VIN and ask for the factory paint code.
- Ask any Nissan dealer parts department to run the VIN - the build record lists the exterior colour code.
Other Rogue years
Color availability changed year to year. Codes often carried over; names sometimes did not.
