Final year of the 10th generation. The Coupe and the Si were both gone for 2021, leaving three body styles: Sedan 8 (Aegean Blue, Cosmic Blue, Crystal Black, Lunar Silver, Modern Steel, Molten Lava, Platinum White, Rallye Red); Hatchback 7 (Aegean Blue, Crystal Black, Lunar Silver, Polished Metal, Platinum White, Rallye Red, Sonic Gray); Type R 6 (Boost Blue, Championship White, Crystal Black, Phoenix Yellow, Rallye Red, Sonic Gray). Phoenix Yellow was exclusive to the Type R Limited Edition, 600 US cars only, and 2021 is the only year any Civic wore it.

Where to find your paint code

Driver's door jamb, on the label on the B-pillar, on the line reading COLOR or PAINT.

Driver's door jamb

  1. Open the driver's door and look at the B-pillar behind the door latch.
  2. Find the line on the sticker labelled COLOR.
  3. The code appears there in the form NH-731P or similar.
  4. The TRIM line beside it is the interior code, not paint.

If the sticker is missing or faded

  • Genuine Honda touch-up paint part numbers embed the code — part 08703-NH797M-ES is code NH-797M.
  • Any Honda dealer parts desk can look the code up from your VIN.

Other Civic years

Color availability changed year to year. Codes often carried over; names sometimes did not.
