Changes from 2019:

This roster currently rests on a single source and has not been cross-checked. We show that rather than hide it. Report a correction.

Twelve codes across the line. Tonic Yellow Pearl was dropped after 2019 and Boost Blue Pearl was added on the Type R. Sedan 8, Si Sedan 6 (the Si drops Cosmic Blue and Molten Lava), Coupe 6 and Si Coupe 6 (Aegean Blue, Crystal Black, Lunar Silver, Modern Steel, Platinum White, Rallye Red), Hatchback 7 (Aegean Blue, Crystal Black, Lunar Silver, Polished Metal, Platinum White, Rallye Red, Sonic Gray), Type R 6 (Boost Blue, Championship White, Crystal Black, Polished Metal, Rallye Red, Sonic Gray). Boost Blue and Championship White were Type R only.

Where to find your paint code

Driver's door jamb, on the label on the B-pillar, on the line reading COLOR or PAINT.

Driver's door jamb

  1. Open the driver's door and look at the B-pillar behind the door latch.
  2. Find the line on the sticker labelled COLOR.
  3. The code appears there in the form NH-731P or similar.
  4. The TRIM line beside it is the interior code, not paint.

If the sticker is missing or faded

  • Genuine Honda touch-up paint part numbers embed the code — part 08703-NH797M-ES is code NH-797M.
  • Any Honda dealer parts desk can look the code up from your VIN.

Other Civic years

Color availability changed year to year. Codes often carried over; names sometimes did not.
